  • As a freelance health and safety consultant, I help businesses establish Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.   • By law, you should report any injuries to a worker that are considered "serious," injuries requiring medical treatment, injuries that result in time off work beyond the day of the injury, loss of consciousness, injuries causing damage to artificial limbs, eyeglasses, dentures, or hearing aids, and including a worker's death. You must also report any incident with the potential for serious injuries, such as a major structural failure or hazardous substance release.

    I will be available in an emergency to help you secure the incident area and prepare for an investigation.
